Yes. Both reference garments and formal tech packs are accepted for production specification. If you have an existing product you want replicated or improved, our Sialkot team will conduct a full reverse-specification review and return a feasibility report within 24 hours.
Pre-production samples are manufactured and dispatched in 7–10 days. Bulk production begins only after your sample approval — protecting you from committing to a full production run before construction, fit, and finish are confirmed to specification.
All shipments are coordinated door-to-door. As a New Jersey-registered LLC, SAIREX Global manages export documentation, HTS classification, and freight coordination — buyers receive goods without managing international logistics independently.
We produce across a full commercial fabric range including technical elastane blends, ripstop nylons, mesh panels, and GSM-rated cotton (240–400 GSM). Customization options include sublimation printing, screen printing, embroidery, heat-transfer branding, woven labels, and custom hardware. Sizing runs XS through 4XL in standard and athletic fits.
