Frequently Asked Questions

For our Sportswear & Athletic Gear division, the MOQ is 50 pieces per design. Within those 50 pieces you can mix colours and sizes — for example, one jersey design split across three colourways and sizes S–XXL. Different designs each need their own 50 pieces. For leather goods and instruments, MOQ depends on the product and is confirmed in your quotation.

Sportswear samples take 7–10 days to produce once your specifications are confirmed, plus shipping time to your location.

Yes. Buyers pay for the sample and its shipping, 100% in advance. The sample cost is credited against your bulk order when you proceed to production, so you don’t pay for it twice. Sample shipping is not credited.

For sportswear, standard bulk production takes 2–3 weeks after you approve the sample. For other product categories, and for every order, we confirm the exact timeline in your quotation before you pay a deposit.

Samples are paid 100% in advance. Bulk orders are paid 50% as a deposit to start production and 50% before shipment. SAIREX Global LLC is a New Jersey–registered company and accepts payment to its U.S. bank account, by international wire transfer, PayPal or Wise.

Where available for your destination, we quote DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — delivered to your door with duties and import clearance handled, so there are no surprise costs on arrival. Where DDP isn’t available, we quote FOB, EXW or CIF, whichever suits your logistics setup.

Every order is inspected against the sample you approved before it ships. If pieces fail that inspection, we remake them at our cost. Your approved sample is the reference standard throughout production.

We ship by express courier, air freight or sea freight, depending on order size, budget and deadline. SAIREX Global handles the export documentation for every shipment.

Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before you share designs. Your designs, artwork and branding are used only to produce your order — we never reuse them for other clients or sell them as our own products.
