Fabric & Branding Options
Buyer-specified fabric is accepted — confirm weight and construction in your RFQ. Fabric selection is confirmed at specification stage.
| Method | Best for |
|---|---|
| Sublimation | Full design, names and numbers on white poly/spandex — a black look is achieved by sublimating black across the whole garment. Not possible on nylon/spandex. |
| Silicone print | Logos and numbers — flexes with the fabric |
| DTF | True black or dyed bases |
| Heat-transfer vinyl (stretch) | Names and numbers |
| Screen print (stretch inks) | Bulk single designs |
Embroidery is not recommended: it stiffens the fabric and can irritate the skin. Woven labels, hang tags, and custom packaging are available across all programs. Method confirmed at specification stage based on fabric, design complexity, and budget.
Basketball Compression Wear (Shirts, Shorts & 3/4 Tights) — Common Questions
Our standard is 4-way stretch poly/spandex, 80/20 to 88/12, at 180–260 GSM. Nylon/spandex at 200–280 GSM is available for a softer handle, but it cannot be sublimated.
Yes. DTF and silicone print work on a true black base. For sublimated designs, the fabric is white and the black is sublimated across the whole garment.
Sublimation, silicone print, DTF and stretch-grade heat-transfer vinyl all flex with the fabric. We do not recommend embroidery, because it stiffens the fabric and can irritate the skin.
MOQ is 50 pieces per design; colours and sizes can be mixed within the 50. Samples take 7–10 days, and production takes 2–3 weeks, confirmed per specification.
