SAIREX Global was founded on a specific observation: most Western brands and importers sourcing from Sialkot are working through channels they cannot fully verify.
Sialkot has been a world-class manufacturing base for over 150 years — the origin of a significant share of the world’s precision surgical and beauty instruments, technical sportswear, and premium leather goods. But the buyer’s path into that manufacturing base is often opaque: WhatsApp introductions, unverified brokers, sample-and-hope quality control, and payment terms that leave the buyer holding most of the risk.
That gap doesn’t exist because Sialkot lacks capable manufacturers. It exists because the sourcing infrastructure connecting Western procurement teams to those manufacturers hasn’t been built with the same discipline that governs commercial banking, trade finance, and corporate procurement.
Our founder, Adeel Ishaq Sair, spent over two decades inside that discipline — in institutional commercial banking, corporate trade finance, and structured international trade — before building SAIREX Global to apply it to Sialkot sourcing.
The structure is straightforward. SAIREX Global LLC is a U.S. entity, registered in New Jersey, with a federal EIN, U.S. banking, and a domestic legal identity Western buyers can contract with directly. Everything upstream of that — factory selection, quality oversight, sample development, production scheduling, export documentation, and shipping — is coordinated by our team, with the buyer’s contract sitting entirely with a U.S. business.
Today we operate across three divisions: Performance Sportswear & Athletic Gear, Premium Leather Goods, and Precision Implements & Instruments. Each division serves a distinct buyer profile — brand founders, distributors, retail chains, procurement departments — with a common expectation: that the person on the other end of the contract can be verified, held accountable, and returned to for the next order.
We are still early. We are deliberately narrow. And we are building the kind of sourcing relationship that outlasts the transaction that started it.
